CCTV News: The Liaison Group of the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism conducted a field visit to Wuhan Zhongke Keli Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.

Subsequently, the delegation’s leaders visited the product manufacturing workshop, where they gained an in-depth understanding of our company’s offerings and engaged in detailed inquiries. Upon entering the facility, they were impressed by the spacious, well-organized production area and the highly skilled workforce, whose proactive and positive spirit earned high praise from the delegation’s leadership.

Under the leadership of President Yan, the delegation toured the company’s various production lines, receiving detailed presentations on manufacturing processes and product features. The visiting leaders expressed high praise for the meticulous craftsmanship involved throughout the entire production process, unequivocally affirming their confidence in and support for Zhongke Keli’s products. They also commended private entrepreneurs for their sense of social responsibility and commitment to public good. Furthermore, they urged Zhongke Keli to intensify its growth efforts, continue driving independent innovation, and substantially increase R&D investment in core products such as the “intelligent syringe,” thereby strengthening its capacity for technological self-reliance and safeguarding its intellectual property. At the same time, they expressed the hope that, in its future development, the company will achieve even more substantial progress—leaving a lasting mark with steady, decisive action—and set an exemplary standard for private enterprises.

After touring the various production lines, the delegation’s leaders proceeded to the company’s conference hall, where President Yan outlined the company’s development, its management practices, and the status of resuming work and production following the pandemic, as well as how employees have continued to balance production with epidemic prevention measures.

At the same time, a detailed report was presented on the following points:

First, with respect to intellectual property enforcement, in recent years the company has devoted substantial time and effort to safeguarding its intellectual property rights and protecting its IP interests, which has significantly diverted resources from focusing on the company’s core business development.

Second, the company is actively pursuing a path of sustainable development. Since early 2019, it has independently designed and developed three series of smart syringes that address the shortcomings of conventional syringes. These innovative devices can accurately determine the precise location of the needle within human tissues by detecting variations in tissue impedance, thereby offering an advanced, safe, and convenient method of injection to benefit humanity.

Third, the company has now embarked on an active expansion strategy, with subsidiaries established across various regions. In the near future, the company will adopt a fully integrated group‑wide operating model, ultimately paving the way for an IPO.

Fourth, regarding the resumption of work and production following the pandemic: the outbreak dealt a severe blow to numerous small and micro enterprises. Zhongke Keli relocated to its new premises in mid-May 2020 and only resumed operations in an orderly manner at the end of May. This year will be the most challenging for the company; all employees will remain united, work tirelessly, and strive to achieve even greater success.

Fifth, we also hope that governments at the provincial, municipal, and district levels will continue to pay close attention to the survival and development of small and micro enterprises, assign dedicated liaison officers to provide targeted support, and coordinate to resolve the challenges and difficulties they encounter in the course of their growth. Leaders at all levels of the inspection delegation made clear statements at the meeting and put forward candid and valuable recommendations and suggestions.
