“Guangdong Medical Association Laser Aesthetic Technology Specialization” The training conference will be held from August 2 to 4, 2019, at the Guangzhou Huatai Hotel, with renowned experts from both within and outside the province invited to attend. Wuhan Zhongke Keli sincerely invites dermatologists, clinicians, and researchers from across the country to attend.

This training session is Domestic dermatologists, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, plastic surgeons, and general surgeons who are currently engaged in or plan to engage in laser cosmetic procedures. Clinicians specializing in dentistry and other related fields, as well as nurses and technical staff, participate in and engage in exchanges to advance and develop laser-based aesthetic medicine, standardize the diagnostic and therapeutic practices of medical‑aesthetic professionals, ensure patient safety, and collectively promote the advancement of medical technology.

Participants who register for the training conference will be awarded 8 Category I provincial continuing medical education (CME) credits (project number 2019481501004). Those who pass the examination will receive a certificate of completion, which will be mailed to them after the conference.

Training Content

(1) Theoretical Instruction : The working principles, clinical applications, and Progress:

① Clinical applications of phototherapy in the treatment of cutaneous pigmented lesions, vascular lesions, hair disorders, scars, and facial rejuvenation;

② Phototherapy-based combination treatment strategies for problematic skin conditions (such as melasma, acne, and sensitive skin); ③ Photothermal lipolysis for body contouring and intimate‑area aesthetic procedures;

④ Management strategies and preventive measures for common complications of phototherapy;

⑤ Post‑phototherapy skin care;

⑥ Clinical applications of the new picosecond laser;

⑦ Skin testing;

⑧The holistic approach of photoelectric integrated therapy Strategy;

⑨ Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Optoelectronic Skin Beautification;

(2) Practical training : ① Interactive discussion of clinical cases and treatment plans;

② On-site operational demonstration;

③ Clinical hands-on training in the laser aesthetics department of the hospital.

Trainer and Training Materials

The Academic Chair of Laser Aesthetic Training is held by the Chinese Medical Association’s Laser… Professor Yuan Kaihua, a member of the Medical Branch and deputy director of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Nanfang Hospital (formerly the Laser Beauty Department of the Southern Theater Command General Hospital), will serve as the chair. In addition, leading domestic experts in this field—Lu Zhong, Zhou Guoyu, Luo Dan, Song Weimin, Lai Wei, Sun Zhongsheng, Li Dongni, and others—are slated to participate as instructors.

The “Guangdong Province Medical Aesthetic Physician Training Textbook Series,” specifically the volume titled “Aesthetic Techniques,” was used, and training materials were distributed on-site to registered participants.

Meeting Schedule

August 2–4, 2019: Registration on the 2nd from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; the 3rd. A full-day theoretical training session on laser technology, followed by an examination, will be held. On the morning of the 4th (Sunday), from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., there will be a hands-on laser demonstration; participants will depart in the afternoon. The conference will take place at the Huatai Hotel, located on Xianlie South Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. Registration is in the lobby on the first floor, and classes will be held on the third floor. The practical session will be conducted at the Southern Theater Command General Hospital.

Conference Registration

RMB 1,600 per item per person; individuals may simultaneously apply for both laser and minimally invasive injection techniques. A fee of RMB 2,600 per person will be charged. Laser hands-on training requires special consumables and mannequins, incurring an additional charge of RMB 200 per person. Payment is to be made on-site at the registration desk. To obtain an invoice, please provide your organization’s taxpayer identification number; otherwise, reimbursement will not be possible.
